Booking Appointments
When booking an appointment with Phoenix Massage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through any booking platform we provide. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation. - Naturist Massage
- If you book a Naturist massage and are not Cis Male you will be a Swedish massage. Its not about not being inclusive, it’s about my boundaries and orientation being respected.
- Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time for your treatment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. Full payment may still be required. - Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We understand that plans can change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. This helps us cover the time reserved specifically for you. - Payments
Payment is required at the arrival time of booking or immediately after your treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept the following payment methods cash or bank transfer.
Prices may change from time to time; however, any confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price. - Health & Medical Information
Your safety and wellbeing are our priority. Before your treatment, you must inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or other relevant health information.
Some conditions may require additional advice or approval from a healthcare professional before treatment can take place. - Treatment Expectations
Massage treatments are designed to support relaxation, wellbeing, and general physical comfort. While many clients experience benefits from massage, results can vary and treatments are not a replacement for medical advice or diagnosis. - Client Conduct
Phoenix Massage is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour, harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that makes our therapists or clients feel uncomfortable. We reserve the right to refuse or end treatment if necessary. - Personal Boundaries & Professional Standards
All treatments provided by myself are professional massage services. Clients are expected to respect professional boundaries at all times. - Confidentiality & Privacy
Any personal information shared with Phoenix Massage will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Client information is only used to provide safe and effective treatments and to manage your appointments.
